The Golden Sea

We are far from the sea with a somebody who can not live far from the sea. She is Helen Lucas, sailing champion, gold medal in the paralympic games in 2012. She is out of the sea but she does not look like a fish out of the water. She looks very young, not only from outside but from inside as well. She makes you feel that you want to be young again, young forever. She transmits power, energy.

When Helen talks about herself she talks in plural and when she says we she means she and her coach, Ian Barker, the olympic gold medallist, and her husband. They travel with her all the time. They are part of her caravan.

Her goal is to win another gold medal in Rio next year. She doesn't need to write her goal anywhere, she when she leaves London, coming back to the sea.
